WOD 3/01/10



Day 1 March programs

Skill: Pull Ups w a band
Strength wod: 5x5 Back squat
Metcon wod: 5 pulls ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats
3 Rounds

Back squat: head up, chest up, butt goes back then down, weight in heels, bar rides down and up center mass.
